"My family has been trying to figure out a frustrating situation with my mortgage company for months now so I called into State Farm for help at Taylor Hall’s office. When I say Alondra has helped me navigate EVERY. POSSIBLE. SOLUTION. to each of my individual concerns…. I mean that. She’s been tracking the status of every update and has helped me understand more about my insurance policies by explaining jargon, running free quotes, & covering the different benefits of every option. She is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I’ve felt incredibly heard, valued & cared for as a customer of State Farm thanks to all my interactions with her. Although I’ve felt discouraged with my lack of resources in situations like this regarding my mortgage company, it’s nice to know I have a friend like Alondra at State Farm to help."

"This is a review for Alondra Holguin at Taylor Halls State Farm office. My husband, George Koford, went in the other day and was fortunate enough to meet with Alondra. He had been worried that this was going to be very complicated and no one might be able to figure it out for him, but he was extremely impressed and pleasantly surprised at how Alondra handled this issue with his car insurances. He felt she was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, kind. She made the process so much more simple than he anticipated. She not only met, but exceeded his expectation. We give her five stars plus."
